If you wish to make an appeal against a school allocation you must first enter the Unique Identifier (UID) of the child on whose behalf you are making the appeal. The UID is a way of identifying a specific application for one child in a particular year. You should have received the UID from the Local Authority. If you do not have the UID or have forgotten it you must contact the Local Authority.
Enter the UID and date of birth of the child in the boxes provided and select the Next button. You will then be taken to the Preference List page.
At the bottom of this page are a series of links. Select a link to download a blank application or appeal form (if you wish to return the form by post rather than via this online system), change your password, contact the Local Authority or logout.
An online appeal can only be made once the offer of a place at a school has been made and published online (this happens on a date set by your Local Authority referred to as the “Publicise Date”). If offer information is not yet available online then you will not be able to proceed beyond this page.
