When the appeal form is complete it must be submitted by selecting the Submit button on the Appeal Application page. You will then be taken to this Confirmation of Submission screen. The submitted form is displayed.
A Print Submitted Appeal button is available. It is strongly recommended that you print out a copy of the completed appeal form for your records. Select this button to print a copy of the submitted appeal form as displayed on this page, which will include the date and time of printing.
There are two possible results of selecting the Print button:
• If JavaScript is enabled on your computer, a print dialog is displayed. This allows you to select a printer, set the number of copies, choose to print to file rather than a paper printout etc.
• If JavaScript is not enabled on your computer then this print dialog cannot be used. Instead a message will be displayed telling you to use the File | Print option at the top of the page to print out your appeal.
You will be able to make alterations to the appeal form and re-submit it until a certain time before the appeal hearing. The number of days or hours before the hearing that you can make changes will be indicated to you on the appeal Details screen and is determined by your Local Authority. If you change any information you must re-submit the form using the Submit button.
Select Continue to return to the list of preference schools.
You can make more than one appeal - select Make Appeal for Another School to do this.
At the bottom of this page are a series of links. Select a link to download a blank application or appeal form (if you wish to return the form by post rather than via this online system), change your password, contact the Local Authority or log out.
You should use the Log Out of Appeals System button to end your session and to ensure that no unauthorised person can access your form.
