To change your password, enter the following mandatory information to activate the Change Password icon:
Email Address: Enter your email address that has already been registered
Current Password: Enter the current password for that email address
New Password: Enter the new password that you wish to register. This must be between 6 and 15 characters long and must contain a minimum of 2 numbers and 2 letters.
Retype New Password: Enter the new password again as confirmation of your choice.
Your answer to secret question: Enter the answer to the question that you entered when you first registered (e.g. mother's maiden name). You can use up to 30 characters, which can be any of: letters (upper and lower case), numbers, hyphen (but only a single hyphen), apostrophe, space, full stop and comma.
Select the Change Password icon.
You will receive a screen message and an email informing you that your password has been changed.
