If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address and enter the answer to the secret question. Click on Send.
An email will be sent to you automatically to the email address entered. When you receive the email you will need to open it and click on the link it contains to follow it, or copy and paste the link into your internet browser. You must use the link address (url) exactly as given in the email, including the random text at the end, and you must do this within seven days of using the Forgotten Password facility. If you go over seven days you will need to use Forgotten Password again to receive a new link.
The link will take you to the Choose New Password page in Admissions Online.
Enter the email address you registered with Admissions Online, your postcode and your answer to the secret question.
You can then choose a new password.
Enter the new password you wish to use. This must be between six and fifteen characters long and must contain a minimum of two numbers and two letters. Re-type the password in the box below to confirm it.
Click the Save New Password button.
