Admissions Login Page - Public Access

It is necessary to log in to the system in order to view information about an application or appeal, or to make a new application or appeal.

If you are applying to a Welsh authority and wish to use the Welsh language version of the form please select Fersiwn Gymraeg from the language selection list. This will not be available if you are applying to any other authorities.

New Registration

Before you register or log in for the first time it is recommended that you check that you are accessing the correct Local Authority's application form.

If your Local Authority has made the Postcode Check function available then you will see a Postcode box and a Check button at the bottom of the screen. Enter the child's home address postcode in the box and select the Check button. A list of addresses known to be within that post code is then displayed. If the postcode is not recognised, the address you selected is not within this authority or there is more than one address with the same postcode then a message will be displayed telling you what to do next.

If you have been logged in but have not used the system for a certain length of time your connection will time out and you will be returned to this screen to login again. The length of the time-out period is predetermined by the Authority.

If you do not have a User Login/Email Account, select Register Now. This opens the Parent/Carer Details page requesting you to enter personal information.

Already Registered

If you have already registered, to log on enter your email account address. Press the tab key or click in the box to enter your password. Each character of the password will be shown as an asterisk * on the screen. You will have chosen your password when you first registered with the web admissions service.

Please note: If you have previously registered to apply for Training Courses online using Training Manager Online, then you will be able to log in to Admissions using the same password and email.

If you do not know your password, select Forgotten Your Password?

When you have entered your Email Account address and Password, select Go! This will complete the login and take you to the Admissions Home Page. From this page you can make a new application, view and/or edit details of existing applications and access your personal details, which can also be edited if necessary.

If you wish to send in a paper application rather than apply online, select the Blank Application Form(s) button at the bottom of the page. If your Authority has a single application form to cover all school applications then this will be displayed for you to print. If your Authority uses different forms to cover different phases of transfer (e.g. nursery to primary, primary to secondary) or for groups of children from different areas then you will be taken to a page where you can choose the correct form to display and print. Please note that these forms must be printed - they cannot be completed online.

Depending on your Local Authority there might also be a button labelled Links to Education Websites. If this button is visible, selecting it will take you to a web page with links to other sites that relate to your child’s education.

Other options available from this page are Change Password, Contact us and Logout.
