Admissions and Transfers Online

This online admissions application service (Admissions & Transfers Online) is a public facing web application designed to allow a parent/carer access to complete and submit an Admissions Application form on the internet at a place and time convenient to themselves.

Online application forms can be printed out either as a blank form or, once submitted, as a copy of the completed application.

Each Local Authority will specify the maximum number of preferences that can be expressed by an applicant. The applicant must rank their preferences and can, if they wish, express reasons for their preferences.

Automatic emails will be sent to notify applicants of their password, confirming preferences and any changes, or reminding applicants of unsubmitted applications when necessary within the admissions process.

On a date pre-defined by the Local Authority, the allocation status for each preference can be viewed online. If the authority has made the functionality available, appeals can be made online for any rejected preference.
